I think you can find most US brands if you live in London. I can think of a few things that aren’t really common though… lucky charms, mountain dew, baby ruths, nutter butters, they aren’t sold in normal local supermarkets. I used to live in London and VS was hard to find too, so if your friend’s a girl you could put in some body spray or makeup. Also Bath & Body Works : )
